Spa Days and Rice Terraces

Bali at its most restorative, without pretending it is a clinic.

Duration
5 days · 4 nights
Destination
Bali
Price
Costed to your dates

The journey

A short restorative stay rather than a programme: daily spa, morning yoga, a Balinese healing ritual, and a morning out at the terraces or the water temple. Honest about being a holiday with real wellness in it, which is what most people actually want from Bali.

Before you book

The programme
A restorative short stay — scheduled daily spa, morning yoga and one traditional healing ritual, with time out in the valley.
Minimum stay
Four nights. This is deliberately not a therapeutic course; if you want Ayurvedic treatment or a structured detox, take the Sri Lanka or the Ubud residential programme instead.
Medical standard
Spa-led. No clinical component, no assessment, and none is claimed.
Who it suits
Anyone who wants Bali and wants to come home rested rather than more tired. Works well as the second half of a longer Indonesia trip.
When it runs
April–October dry season.

What stands out

  • A daily spa treatment, scheduled rather than booked ad hoc
  • Morning yoga above the valley
  • One traditional Balinese healing ritual, properly done
  • A morning out — the terraces or the water temple, or nothing at all
