Terms & Booking Conditions
Last updated: July 2026
Please read these Terms & Booking Conditions carefully. They apply to all enquiries, quotations and bookings made with Champion Travel & Tour Pvt Ltd.
1. About these terms
Champion Travel & Tour Pvt Ltd ("Champion Travel", "we", "us" or "our") is a private limited travel company registered in India, with its office at 99/2, Nungambakkam High Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai – 600034, Tamil Nadu, India. We are an IATA-accredited travel agent, recognised by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.
These Terms & Booking Conditions govern your use of our website and the travel services we arrange for you. By browsing this website, requesting a quote, or making a booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms on behalf of yourself and all travellers in your party.
2. Our role
Champion Travel acts as a booking agent and travel organiser. Many elements of your trip — flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, cruises and destination services — are provided by independent third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, destination management companies, transport operators and others). Those services are subject to the individual suppliers' own terms and conditions, which apply to your booking alongside ours.
Where we package services together, we coordinate and manage the arrangement on your behalf, but we are not the operator of the individual travel services and are reliant on those suppliers to deliver them.
3. Quotations & pricing
- All package prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices, on the stated basis (typically per person, twin sharing, land only) and exclude international and domestic flights and airport transfers unless expressly stated.
- Flights and airport transfers are quoted separately at live fares prevailing at the time of booking.
- Your final price is the one set out in your written quotation or booking confirmation. It depends on your travel dates, hotel category and availability, number of travellers, room configuration, applicable taxes and prevailing currency exchange rates.
- Quotations are valid only for the period stated on them and are subject to availability until confirmed and secured by payment.
- Prices may change before booking due to supplier rate revisions, fuel surcharges, taxes, visa or service fees, or currency fluctuations. We will always confirm the final price with you before taking a booking.
- Prices and content shown on this website are for general guidance only and do not constitute an offer. A binding contract arises only when we issue a written booking confirmation. We reserve the right to correct any error or omission and to revise or withdraw any price at any time before a booking is confirmed.
- Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other statutory levies are charged as per prevailing Indian law.
4. Bookings & payment
- A booking is confirmed only once we receive the required deposit (or full payment, where specified) and issue you a written confirmation. Verbal quotes or enquiries do not constitute a confirmed booking.
- Balance payments are due by the dates stated in your booking confirmation. Some bookings — for example, certain airfares, peak-season hotels and special promotions — require full payment at the time of booking.
- If the balance is not received by the due date, the booking may be treated as cancelled and cancellation charges may apply.
- Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking. Please retain all payment receipts.
5. Cancellations, amendments & refunds
- Cancellation and amendment (date-change) charges vary by supplier — airlines, hotels, cruise lines, visa authorities and ground operators each apply their own rules — and are set out in your booking confirmation.
- Any request to cancel or amend a confirmed booking must be made to us in writing. Charges are calculated from the date we receive your written request.
- Where a refund is due, it is processed after we recover the recoverable amount from the relevant suppliers, less any non-refundable supplier charges and our service fee. Refunds are made to the original payment source and timelines depend on the suppliers and payment channel.
- No-shows, unused services, early departures and voluntary curtailment of a trip are non-refundable.
- Visa fees, consular fees and certain airline taxes may be non-refundable even where a trip is cancelled.
6. Visas, passports & documentation
- We assist with visa documentation and applications as a facilitation service. The grant, refusal, delay or revocation of any visa is at the sole discretion of the relevant consulate or immigration authority. We cannot guarantee any visa outcome and are not responsible for consular decisions, processing times or non-refundable consular fees.
- It is the traveller's responsibility to hold a valid passport (generally with at least six months' validity beyond the travel dates and sufficient blank pages) and to meet all entry, transit, health and documentation requirements for every country on the itinerary.
- We are not liable for any loss, denied boarding or denied entry resulting from incorrect, incomplete or expired travel documents.
7. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that every traveller purchases comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation and curtailment, baggage and personal liability, appropriate to the destination and activities planned. Travel without adequate insurance is at the traveller's own risk.
8. Health & fitness to travel
Travellers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for the trip and for obtaining any vaccinations or medical advice required for their destinations. Please inform us at the time of booking of any medical condition, disability, dietary requirement or special assistance need, so we can advise on suitability and make reasonable arrangements where possible.
9. Changes by suppliers
Occasionally suppliers may need to change confirmed arrangements — for example, a hotel, flight timing or sightseeing sequence. We will inform you of any significant change as soon as we are made aware and will endeavour to assist in arranging a suitable alternative, subject to availability and any applicable supplier charges. Minor changes are part of normal travel and are not, by themselves, a basis to cancel without the usual charges applying.
10. Liability
- As a booking agent, our liability is limited to the careful selection and coordination of suppliers and to our own acts and omissions.
- We are not liable for the acts, omissions, defaults, negligence or insolvency of independent third-party suppliers, nor for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, delay or expense caused by them or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of enjoyment, profit, savings or opportunity, howsoever arising.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total service fees we earned on that booking.
- Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Indian law.
11. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics or pandemics, war, civil unrest, terrorism, strikes, government action, border or airport closures, technical or transport failures and similar events.
12. Traveller conduct
Travellers are expected to behave responsibly and to respect local laws, customs and the rights of fellow travellers and suppliers' staff. Suppliers may refuse to carry or accommodate any traveller whose conduct is considered unacceptable, without refund and without liability to us.
13. Complaints
If any aspect of your trip is not to your satisfaction, please report it to the supplier and to us at the time, so we have the opportunity to help resolve it while you travel. Any complaint that cannot be resolved on the spot should be sent to us in writing at info@championtravel.in as soon as possible, ideally within 30 days of your return, and we will acknowledge and look into it.
14. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, itineraries, graphics, logos and design — is the property of Champion Travel & Tour Pvt Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
15. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Booking Conditions from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your booking applies to that booking. Please review this page periodically.
17. General
- Your written booking confirmation, together with these terms and the applicable suppliers' terms, forms the entire agreement between us and supersedes any prior representation, statement or marketing material.
- If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
- Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- These terms are between you and Champion Travel; they do not create any rights for third parties.
