Pricing

All package prices shown are indicative, per the stated basis (e.g. "land only, per person"), and exclude flights and airport transfers, which are quoted separately at live fares. Final pricing is confirmed in your written quote and depends on travel dates, hotel availability, group size and currency rates at the time of booking.

Bookings & payment

A booking is confirmed only on receipt of the required deposit and our written confirmation. Balance payment schedules are specified per booking. Itineraries are customisable and subject to availability.

Cancellations & changes

Cancellation and amendment charges vary by supplier (airlines, hotels, visa authorities) and will be set out in your booking confirmation. We recommend travel insurance for every trip.

Visas & documentation

We assist with visa documentation, but the grant of any visa is at the sole discretion of the relevant consulate. We cannot guarantee visa outcomes or refund consulate fees.
