The journey

For the person who wants their week organised. Assessment, a set schedule, physiotherapy, naturopathy and nutrition, expert-led throughout — the opposite of an open spa menu. Thailand's original wellness resorts built this format and still do it best.

Before you book

The programme
A structured, assessment-led wellness week — physiotherapy, naturopathy, nutrition and movement on a fixed timetable.
Minimum stay
Seven nights for the full format. Shorter stays are taken by these resorts but the assessment-and-review structure is what you are paying for, and it needs a week to mean anything.
Medical standard
Expert-led, with clinical staff across physiotherapy and nutrition. Whether a resident doctor is involved varies by resort and we state it per booking.
Who it suits
Someone who wants structure and finds an unstructured week useless. Less suitable if you want to be left alone — take the island programme instead.
When it runs
Year-round; the hot season March–May is worth knowing about before you fix dates.

What stands out

  • An assessment first; the schedule is written from it
  • Physiotherapy, naturopathy and nutrition rather than massage alone
  • A fixed daily timetable, which is the appeal and should be said plainly
  • Measurements at the start and at the end

Day by day

  1. Day 01
