For the few who fly most

Executive Travel

A standing travel desk for founders and senior leaders. Your profile held, one person accountable, every request on file.

A standing account

You are never asked twice.

Executive travel goes wrong in two places: a change nobody owns, and a booking made by someone who had to ask what you prefer. Champion runs it as a standing account — one named consultant holds your profile, every request becomes a file with an owner and a deadline rather than an email in a queue, and the billing arrives GST-compliant and reconciled. Since 1991, 50+ corporate accounts.

How Champion runs it

Four things that decide whether a trip goes right.

  1. Someone who already knows

One consultant holds your profile — carrier, cabin, seat, hotel, loyalty numbers, the meal you actually eat — and books from it. You should never be asked your preferences twice, and with us you are not.

  2. The fare rules, before you book

Premium-cabin fares are not interchangeable: two business fares at the same price can differ by tens of thousands the moment a meeting moves. We put the change and cancellation rules in the quotation, so the decision is made with them in view rather than discovered later.

  3. When the day moves

Schedules slip and flights cancel. Your file has a named owner and a record of every booking in it, so a rebooking starts from what you already hold — not from a handover email. We tell you what is possible and what it costs, and we do not promise a seat that is not there.

  4. The paperwork is part of the service

Invoices are GST-compliant and reconciled monthly, so the finance team is not chasing you for documentation weeks later. Visas, forex and insurance are arranged in-house rather than handed to a third party, which is why they do not go missing.

Common questions

Before you open an account.

Is this only for corporates?
No. It works as a standing account for a company, or for an individual founder or senior leader travelling on their own account. The arrangement is the same either way — a named consultant, your profile on file, and one place every request lands.
Can you handle same-day and disrupted travel?
Yes, and it is a large part of what the desk is for. What we will not do is claim a seat exists when it does not — you will get the real options and the real cost, quickly, rather than reassurance.
What are your hours?
The office runs Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 18:00. Travel does not, so while a trip of yours is in progress your consultant stays reachable on it — agreed when we open the account, rather than advertised and then discovered to be untrue.
